How admission works
- Start a conversation. Tell us who needs housing, the residence type, and the anticipated timeframe. Do not send medical records through the general inquiry form.
- Complete the secure application. Applicants continuing forward use the Behave portal for detailed information.
- Review fit and expectations. Choices discusses house expectations, payment arrangements, current options, and next steps.
- Prepare for arrival. Approved residents receive practical move-in instructions.

Choices provides sober living and recovery residence housing. It is not detoxification, emergency medical care, or a substitute for licensed clinical treatment. Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee admission, placement, or availability.
